The Little Chocolatier --- We use only the finest Belgian Callebaut
Chocolate in a
variety of colours and flavours.
The little chocolatier, is owned and run by Tracey Cox, a qualified Pastry
chef of
nearly twenty years. Her knowledge and experience in patisserie and
chocolate
work has been built on over this period in The Royal Berkshire Hotel,
Ascot and
laterally Kenwick Park Hotel, Louth where she continues her career
